An Interpretive History of Sea Otters Along the California Coast
In the summer of 2007, 12 students from UCSB took part in a nine week long intensive course, BLUE HORIZONS. The students studied marine and coastal policy issues of the California Coast; environmental media communication theory; and video production techniques.
BLUE HORIZONS is part of UCSB's Environmental Media Initiative, developed to better define effective communication tools for conveying our global environmental dilemma.
